Our process from roast to door

Coffee needs time after roasting to develop its full flavor. Our hardworking, one-way valve bags allow your coffee to off-gas during transit without absorbing any unwanted scents. This means that when it arrives at your doorstep, it’s either about to hit—or has just entered—its peak flavor window. Shipping typically takes about 5 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you’ll always know what’s happening.

Once your payment clears, your order is added to our queue. We roast coffee fresh the next business day. Our team starts bright and early, so if you need to make any changes, it’s important to reach out right away.

The best way to contact us is through the chat feature on our website—it connects you directly with our team. Emails sent later in the afternoon might not be seen in time.

Please note: Once your order is ready to ship, it cannot be modified or canceled.

About the Region:

Kintamani is nestled in the central highlands of Bali. This stunning region is accented by lush vegetation, waterfalls, and two iconic locations - Mount Batur and Lake Batur. With the former being an active volcano and the latter a picturesque caldera lake.

Tasting Notes:

Flavor: Citrusy and a hint of floral, bakers chocolate with a sweet finish

🌿 Body: Medium-bodied with a silky smooth texture

🍋 Acidity: Zesty and lively, with a clean, crisp finish

👃 Aroma: A fragrant mix of citrus notes and Juniper

Growing Conditions:

Grown at a high altitude in nutrient rich volcanic soil, these beans are dense with robust and complex flavors. A humid climate contributes to the wet-hulling process, known locally as "Filing Basah", where the bean is removed from the fruit before drying. This process results in bright and flavorful notes that linger beautifully long after the last sip. For centuries, growers have practiced sustainable farming to honor the land from which this beloved coffee grows.
