Our process from roast to door

Coffee needs time after roasting to develop its full flavor. Our hardworking, one-way valve bags allow your coffee to off-gas during transit without absorbing any unwanted scents. This means that when it arrives at your doorstep, it’s either about to hit—or has just entered—its peak flavor window. Shipping typically takes about 5 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you’ll always know what’s happening.

Once your payment clears, your order is added to our queue. We roast coffee fresh the next business day. Our team starts bright and early, so if you need to make any changes, it’s important to reach out right away.

The best way to contact us is through the chat feature on our website—it connects you directly with our team. Emails sent later in the afternoon might not be seen in time.

Please note: Once your order is ready to ship, it cannot be modified or canceled.

About the Region:

Sidama lies in the lush highlands of southern Ethiopia, where rolling hills, fertile valleys, and abundant rainfall define the landscape. This historic coffee-growing area is a cultural heartland, home to the Sidama people whose deep-rooted traditions in coffee cultivation go back generations. The combination of rich biodiversity and cool misty mornings creates a truly special environment for growing distinctive beans.

Tasting Notes:

Flavor: Notes of caramel and vanilla balanced with a subtle berry sweetness

🌿 Body: Delicate and silky

🍋 Acidity: Bright and refined, offering a crisp lift without overpowering

👃 Aroma: Gentle and inviting aromas of wildflowers, ripe berries, and warm sugar

Growing Conditions:

Grown at high elevations on smallholder farms, Sidama coffee benefits from nutrient-rich soil and a unique microclimate. The beans are naturally processed, a traditional method where the whole coffee cherry is dried in the sun before the outer layers are removed. This process allows the fruit’s sugars to infuse the bean, resulting in a sweeter, fruit-forward cup with a nice body and complexity.
